500 mL Methanol
425 mL H₂O
75 mL glacial acetic acid

OU

Rapid Coomassie Staining Solution 

 50 ml glacial acetic acid 
0.03 g Coomassie BB R-250 
450 ml distilled water
* Store at room temperature indefinitely
